About Les Priest, Broker, REALTOR®, CRS
Les Priest’s dedication to his clients is unparalleled. Naturally humble, he takes nothing for granted and earns his clients and customers confidence by hard work and results.
Being a Maine native, a former Master Maine Guide and National/International Guide, gives Les a broad understanding of nature’s ways as well as the local waterways. He has an in-depth knowledge of our region’s lakes and ponds which gives him an advantage in selling waterfront properties and finding the right ones for his buyers.
His working career started off with 20 years with Hannaford Supermarkets & Progressive Distributors then in 1995 he co-owned a large sporting goods retailer and began his adventure travel & guide business.
Les started in Real Estate in 1999 and was selected State of Maine ERA Rookie of the year. Since then he has never looked back. Earning numerous Top Producer Awards at ERA Webb Associates, including being one of the top 20 brokers in America, and later becoming an owner in 2004. In 2014, when ERA Webb Associates was ready to take the next logical step to grow the company it did so by being acquired by Better Homes and Gardens / The Masiello Group. The support and advanced technology that was offered was far above what other franchises or offices had.
Since 1999, Les has been involved in more than 850 real estate transactions and more than $125 million in sales and has experienced almost every real estate scenario possible.
Now a Top Producer for BHGRE-TMG, a company with 34 agencies and more than 700 agents, Les’ commitment to his clients has developed even more. In the past two years, his production has grown by 45% and he has earned top 25 Salespeople in the company for 7 of the past 12 months. In fact, in 2017, Les won the #1 spot in total transactions company-wide (84) and #5 spot in production at $15,058,065.

Les resides in Readfield/Kents Hill with his wife Betsy. He spends time in his woods cutting his own firewood, enjoys fishing with his grandson and hunting. He is a member of the Masons, very active in his church and former Boy Scout Master Troop #650 leader. He is the proud father of two grown Eagle Scout sons and enjoys spending time exploring the woods with his grandson.

About Taylor Tarbox
A Winthrop, Maine native, Taylor received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine and still resides in her beautiful hometown with her black lab Drake.
Taylor has always had a passion for homes, enjoying real estate blogs, home improvement projects and anything DIY. An avid gardener, she also cans her harvest and is a renowned strawberry jam maker. Taylor also loves to spend time with family and friends, especially at the lake.

Sarah Allarie, a licensed Broker, entered the Real Estate Industry in 2015.
She loves working with buyers and sellers throughout Central Maine and points beyond to achieve their Real Estate goals. Sarah truly has a passion for helping people, communicates effectively, and understands the power of teamwork, patience, and a positive attitude. Sarah was born in the grand city of Portland and has lived in Midcoast or Central Maine her entire life.
Professionally, her diverse background in Banking, Customer Service & Retention, and building a successful practice as a Massage Therapist and Nail Technician, served her well as she transitioned into Real Estate.
Currently she calls Winthrop home having found a love for the local lakes and community. When not working, you are bound to find her spending time with her favorite people—laughing—and enjoying life to its fullest!
