It shares a bathroom with two other housemates (one of whom has their own half-bath), just down a short hallway.The room is unfurnished by standard but we can arrange to leave the existing furnishing (futon and desk) as an outright purchase or rent adjustment.Utilities &c:Electric & Internet: ~$40??50/month per person (varies)Gas (including heat): includedWe also each pay ~$30/month for a monthly cleaning service.Current housemates:S (38 M) is a professional working at a consulting firm. He loves sailing, gaming, reading, learning French, and cycling. He enjoys philosophical discussions and learning from others. When not at work, hes spending time with his friends in or out of the city, or teaching sailing on the harbor.D (25 M) is a scientist working at the interface of chemistry and automation. Outside of work, he loves exploring the food scene in Boston, practicing Taekwondo, or just hanging out with friends whenever he gets the chance.We don't keep a TV in the common room and largely keep to ourselves, although S is always up for hanging out on the patio or playing board games.We are LGBTQ+ friendly and welcome roommates of all genders. No current pets but the lease allows for one cat, provided the owner is diligent about hygiene.
