I cannot say enough amazing things about Taylor. She has been incredibly patient and supportive through every step of the process, even navigating challenges like a government shutdown without ever missing a beat. Her communication is outstanding; she always kept me informed, answered my questions promptly, and made sure I fully understood every detail. She went above and beyond to find resources, offer solutions, and advocate for me when things got complicated. What could have been an overwhelming experience felt manageable and even reassuring because of her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. I am so grateful to have had her by my side and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, reliable, and exceptional realtor.

Working with Taylor was an excellent choice. She provided resources when we needed them and all of her recommendations were very well thought out. Her experience and shared knowledge felt as though she were looking out for us every step of the way, sharing details we may have missed or things we simply would not have been aware of. Taylor was onsight for the appraisal, she was easily accessible throughout the entire process, explaining anything we did not understand. She went above and beyond to help us become home owners. Her expertise was invaluable. The required documentation was submitted to the lender in a timely manner and the entire process was completed from applicaiton to closing, in just 38 BUSINESS DAYS! (yes, we counted). Taylor is not only an asset to the demographic that she serves, she is an asset to the Masiello Group overall and we would highy recommend Taylor to anyone who is looking to purchase real estate in Maine.
