Sarah Allarie has been a phenomenal realtor. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate- an amazing blend of qualities. I underwent open heart surgery and had to sell my home. I was not able to physically be at my home to do all the things one does when preparing to sell a house. Sarah went above and beyond in every single way possible, finding resources, supervising, etc. She stuck with me through 3 contracts on my home (due to difficult circumstances) and was able to negotiate the best contract for me in a timely manner. Sarah made an extremely stressful process as stress-free as possible. I have the utmost respect for her and her ethics, which is important to me. Sarah was also kind and professional with the buyers. Her ability to build and nurture positive relationships makes the business aspect of the transaction much more smooth. I am extremely pleased and grateful for the outcome in selling my home.
