There's not a deep fryer to be found on site, as all seafood is either steamed or boiled. Try the Frenchman Bay Stew, a homemade bouillabaisse with lobster, shrimp, scallops, and fish, or the lobster fettuccine tossed with a white wine sauce. Galyn's opens for the season in April, with hours from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
