WhistlePig's innovative team finds unique ways to add contemporary touches to this traditional spirit. For example, Siren's Song features tasting notes of orange blossom, cinnamon, and figs. Tasting room hours are noon - 9 p.m. every day but Tuesday.

As dedicated shoppers at the mall over several years, owners Cindy and Mark Walker jumped at the opportunity when the mall went up for sale.
